More than a decade in digital retail, across TJX Europe, Dunelm and John Lewis. I've led work in trading, conversion, product and change, and now bring that experience to businesses that want clear advice without the agency overhead.

My background

I began in buying and merchandising, then moved into e-commerce trading, conversion optimisation and digital product. I understand how a website makes money, not just how it looks. I'm professionally certified in agile delivery and currently studying for a master's level qualification in senior leadership.

I'm a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Kanban Management Professional, and I'm completing a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship.

Large retail teams, from buyers and merchandisers to engineers and directors. Now I support growing businesses, from local independents to e-commerce brands turning over £1M to £10M.

I've led large scale transformational change, including two web replatforms, and delivered high profile marketing campaigns and brand moments. I've guided teams through both growth and operational complexity, and I keep the focus on what matters to customers.
